Thanks to your donations, all 4 annual campaigns were carried out successfully!
Looking back at the great events we were able to take part in fills us with gratitude and joy. The donations went towards the construction of the orphanage and the first assisted retirement home. At the end of 2023, the foundation for further construction was successfully completed.
Thanks also go to the great collaboration within the Fondation La Grande Team Austria and Congo/Kinshasa. We also thank our two partner organizations in Goma, who we were able to bring great joy to with donation packages and small sums of money for the orphans.
We pray to God for a successful mission trip with some team members of the Fondation la Grande to the widows and orphans in the Democratic Republic of Congo! It was a real joy for everyone to get to know each other personally and to hold the Back to School campaign 2023 as part of a small celebration. An unforgettable moment that will be repeated in the coming years.
We look forward to 2024 with confidence.
We can be found at several festivals and will be offering our special African stews for a donation. Where possible, we will be offering face painting and colorful dreadlocks at most events for a set donation.
Of course, there are the 4 annual campaigns that we work on in advance. Every donation directly and indirectly benefits the widows and orphans.
