Cancellation Policy

Workshop Content The Congolese Dance Workshop offers participants the opportunity to experience the dynamic and rhythmic movements of traditional Congolese dance. The workshop is suitable for beginners and is led by an experienced dance instructor who will guide participants through basic techniques and choreography. Registration Registration takes place via our online platform. Once the maximum number of participants is reached, interested parties can be placed on the waiting list. Participants will be accepted in the order in which they register. Cancellation Policy Participants must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop to give other interested parties on the waiting list the opportunity to participate. Cancellations can be made via email or via the online registration system. In the event of repeated no-shows without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to block the participant from future free workshops. Rebooking Policy Rebookings are possible if places are available in another workshop. Participants on the waiting list will be automatically notified when a spot becomes available. Rebookings should also be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rules of Conduct Please arrive on time to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. Wear comfortable clothing and bring plenty of water. Respectful behavior toward the dance instructor and other participants is expected.
