The Fondation La Grande in the Democratic Republic of Congo is financed and supported by the cultural and aid organization La Grande Austria. Careful accounting ensures transparency and prevents money laundering and the misuse of donations.

The Austrian board is responsible for the financing and maintenance of the aid organization in Austria and covers approximately 90% of the running costs in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Fifty percent of this comes from donations in kind, while the other 50% comes from monetary donations, which cover, among other things, marketing costs, office supplies, and the La Grande Catering project.

Unfortunately, external donations are currently low, accounting for only about 10%. These external donations consist of monthly contributions from donors, proceeds from demonstrations, fundraising events, and services provided through the Catering La Grande project.
